Hey !

The cutoffs for baslp course from government college are different for different years. But if we consider the last year cutoffs ,then the students having rank upto 600 were only given admission. Since your rank is more than that , and the cutoffs are not even expected to drop down this year.so , you have very low or negligible chances for BASLP course from any governmeny college with this rank.
