Hello candidate ,
No you cannot appear in Advance 2019.As you given exam in 2017, you are only give advance in year 2017 and 2018.

There is only two chance for a candidate to get appear in Advance .

But according to some articles on jee advanced if result was declared after june 2017 then I'm eligible as our results were declared in jan 2018

If your results published in jan 2018 than you are eligible for jee advance 2019.
