Hello

The email address of ICAR for any contact is user@icar.org.in site official website of ICAR : https://www.icar.org.in>content. Card which you have not got yet to contact with the authority like Additional Secretary DARE and secretary ICAR, phone number 91-11-23384450 , for admit card of the ensuing examination of ICAR you can contact personally to meet the the additional Secretary Sanjay Garg for to solve your problem which you can get the admit card immediately.
