If you are lucky, you can get admission in a good college in IPU. I guess you can get any college except MAIT, MSIT, USIT.

Also, Getting a good engineering college is different from getting a stream you wanted. For example let us consider a college ABC, In that college getting a Environmental engineering is easy compared to getting into Electronics or Computer science.

So, decide carefully.
