First of all the case you are speaking is just not possible. because it's very difficult to score all of 210 marks out of 360 without solving.

And even if I consider the rarest chances of this to happen then too even after i say dont take admission you will take admission in NITs. And then you would realise that you are in the middle of an ocean from where niether you can go back nor can you move ahead.

Because first you will have to face much better crowd than you level is. And finding everybody above your level would make you insecure.

Second if you think you will wrok hard after going there then you would also have though the same while tking science in 12th. So, what you will do is useless here.

Third because of lack of labour and marks (either way somehow you will pass) but you wont have that practical exposure of what you have studied and finally either you will get placed in some Mass Recruitment Companies or will remain unplaced. 

And that will be a shock for your parents and relatives that even after going to NITs you couldnot get placed!!

One more perspective is that you were capable but didnt work hard in 12th , so after going there you worked and studied well and you are well settled with what you have.

So, It depends on you and your future attitude that going into a NIT will be fruitful or not. And above all this kind of false fake cases should be prohibited because students who come accross this thinks that it's possible. But it's not. Scoring 210 that also without solving a single problem and getting the same all by your guess is not possible. This is not a MCQ class test. This is JEE Mains.

And if the question is the rarest case as I mentioned above then its your decision and your determination that will decide your success.
