Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

Keeping this is mind. based on previous year data, with 250 marks you may get a rank between 457558-478134. You may also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor

According to previous year AYUSH allotment through all India counselling, it is difficult for you to get a government BAMS college. Since the cut off rank was around 40000. But you can surely get management quota seats in private ayurvedic colleges.
