Following are the expected cutoffs for Mechanical engineering and related branches at VIT VELLORE CAMPUS :-
1) Mechanical engineering : 19,000
2) Mechanical engineering with specialization in Automotive : 12,000
3) Mechanical engineering with specialization in Energy : 20,000
4) Production and industrial engineering : 50,000

As you can see you've few chances here, but you may get a seat at Chennai campus for Mechanical engineering as Cutoff there is expected to be around 30,000 in VITEEE 2019.
