If you get 30 percentile in Jee main of JAN means your general rank will be 630000 as per our rank predictor formula.
Your general rank varies from 625000 - 635000
But categories rank will vary too much from general rankings.
You should wait for categories cutoff from which it will be easier to said you are applicable for JEE Advance or not.

Rank predictor formula = ((100 - percentile)/100)* total number of candidate
As this year around 9.5 lacks candidate given the exam.
