There are around 1900 EWS seats newly created in nits that are reserved. Considering 50% acceptance, for a rank around 3800- 4500 EWS, you may get some branch in any bottom 10 NITs. Getting CSE chances are minimum. However you can wait for counselling proceedings to begin. You may get one of your choices.

Hello,
It's really difficult to get admission in NITs at this rank, but however you can apply for JOSAA counselling and if seats remains vaccant in spot round then you might get one.
Good luck.
