 So I've checked eligibility for getting admission. A candidate is required that he/she should have at least passed 10+2 Exam with English as Compulsory subject . So you could check further admission process overall you are eligible for DAV college Chandigarh.

The eligibility criteria is different for different streams.DAV college Chandigarh alsohas different eligibility criteria.You have secured a very low percentage in your boards.
With respect to that you may not be able to apply for majority of the courses.There is a minimum eligibility criteria to apply online.The merit list cutoff is different.
You can apply for the three year BA course where the eligibility cirtiera is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with English as  one of the compulsory subjects.
