Your rank is very very low and sorry to tell you that it is next to impossible for you to get a seat any government colleges or Institutions. According to your percentile, your predicted rank would fall somewhere between 603570-678500 and with this rank you can't get admission anywhere. Even the cutoff of private colleges are very high and just 41 percentile is not enough. You should go for March, April, or May attempt or you can take admission in some private colleges like SRM or VIT who doesn't consider JEE MAINS score to give admission. They have their own test like SRMJEE and VITEEE. You can fill form of VITEEE till 30th March 2021 and exam will be held in the month of May 2021, but you must have passed out 12th with minimum 50 percent.
