As per your rank 4148 in JEE Mains ST category you have chance to get some average NIT with random branch like biotechnology or biomedical engineering in NIT Raipr, Mechanical, civil, computer engg at NIT Harimpur, etc. So, you have some chances to get any seat in NIT.
