hello aspirant,

As of now its tough to say where you can fetch a seat because the cutoff changes every year with college.Every year cutoff changes due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level etc.you did not mention your category and state domicle which are very important tools for us to find your possibilities into colleges.but from your profile you seem like you are form uttar pradesh.as you did not mention category considering you as GEN student,you need minimum of 580-600+to fetch a seat in government medical colleges.with a little less score you can have chances to fetch in bds.however you can have few cchances with 450 marks to fetch seat in private bds.for more information about cutoff trends you can refer to: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up
