Bihar government college doesn't take admission on the basis of JEE mains.There are private college in Bihar which might take admission on the basis of JEE mains.

If you have scored 58%ile then your score is too low to get admission in any college.

If you are looking for Bihar government college then you should apply for bihar engineering entrance exam i.e BCECE.
