I get 70%in 12th.. now I can repeat for 12 and jee for75% above .. for fill in form should I write appearing or passed out

Not 100% but 90% sure, because now you are passed from 12th but after clearing the exam, during admission you need to show your improvement exam marksheet in which you 75% or more than 75% which is required to get admission.
