According to your percentile, your expected CRL rank will be around 1,77,000 and category rank will be in the range 26,000-27000. You have negligible chances of getting your home state Nit. With this rank you have moderate chances of getting non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc). You can try for other colleges in your state like;

1.  Andhra University College of Engineering

2. KL University Guntur - Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation

3. GITAM University, Visakhapatnam
