Since your rank is within 5000 you can get CSE branch in the following NIT colleges :

NIT Calicut
NIT Patna
NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Silchar
NIT Sikkim

I would suggest getting admission in NIT Calicut as it is the best NIT college available to you among the following. You can also get top IIIT such as Hyderabad and others.

According to your rank in jee mains you have less chance to get seat in computer science engineering in NIT but you can wait for special round through CSAB if your luck favours then you can get.
