Yes, you can participate in second phase of counselling and exercise online web options. If you get a seat in phase 2 then the seat which was allotted in phase 1 will automatically gets cancelled you cannot claim the previous seat allotment. If you do not get any seat allotment in phase 2 then you can have the seat which is allotted in phase 1.
