This is  a common problem in BIHAR BOARD , it would be better if you talk to BIHAR BOARD and also you should talk to jee help-line number. There would be an option of uploading or correcting certificates you have uploaded. You should tell bihar board to give the result , as it is a matter of your career , and you should also talk to the helpline and tell them the problem or mail to the official mail id given. They would surely consider your problem and give a solution to it.
