There is a very high possibility that you get admission in AIIMS Institute. According to the AIIMS brochure for admissions for MBBS and BDS, the candidates of general category must score 50% marks in the examination, which is 100 marks.

But it cannot be predicted with much accuracy as to which one of the seven campuses you might get. But I guess that it won’t be a big fuss as AIIMS provides quality education across all it’s campuses and all are equally prestigious.
