As ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult for me to assure you that with such a score of 10k under ews you can get any nit or not.
But till now according to information the cutoff for ews would be between general category student and obc category student.
So its highky difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
