Well according to your rank if you are from state quota you will definitely be getting a seat at cse in amrita bangalore but if you are from other state quota you might stand a chance (acc to previous years analysis)though from other state quota nothing can be said as cse is very popular course and so is amrita bangalore depends how many candidates apply from other state quota
