you can try PVPSIT for cse (cut off - 10k) and also sri vidyanekatan college (cut off - 8k) for both cse and ece (8.6k) you may get these colleges in second round. Even JNTU college is also nice but it is difficult keep it as your first priority and for ece you can get RVR college guntur (cut off - 9.9k) you may try any of these colleges. Cut off may change as it is based on last year's cut off. (Cutoff mentioned here are of year 2018 )Hope this helps
