             As compared to last few years' cut off, you're standing at the border right now. Definitely there are chances. It's also possible that you'll not get any engineering colleges through Assam CEE. However, you can apply to Bineswar Brahma Engineering College and Jorhat Institute of Science & Technology. You may get a seat in first one.
