Possiblity may be there that you may get a nit,but in 107 marks and general category it is very much difficult.As for first time NTA conducted jee mains for two times in a year,there is so much change and no official information has released ,so nothing can be said surely.

If your score is 107 your possible rank is around 65000.

And it's very hard to get any branch in top nits or good branches in lower nits. 

Still you got a chance to get branches like mechanical,  Civil, metallurgy in nits like

• SRINAGAR
• PUDUCHERRY
• GOA
• ARUNACHAL PRADESH 
• MEGHALAYA
• MIZRORAM
• NAGALAND
• ANDRA PRADESH. 

Apart from these if you want college accepting jee mains score you may apply for THAPAR UNIVERSITY, CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, CHITKARA UNIVERSITY, JAYPEE NOIDA. 

These are good colleges for engineering. 

Do consider these option if you are not with NIT you are getting.
