Hello Peehu,

As you belong to the general category cut-offs are more for Government Colleges in Delhi particularly for CSE Branch. Still you can apply and try for admission. You can also enquire about your admission in Government colleges by filling enquiry form on their official website.

Try applying for more colleges at the same time.
