Congratulations for qualifiying in Jee main examination but to be very honest your rank is not enough to get any NIT so you try some state government college or some private college

Although thats not a very good rank, there is a very slim chance that you might get into a North east national institute of technology. But the chances are minimal so keep ypur options open. Even if you do manage to get in, it will not be a core engineering branch nor a computer science related branch. You can look at-
