Hope you are doing well. Yes, you can get a seat for CSE in good colleges with this rank. But you cannot get a seat in some top colleges like RVCE, MSRIT, BMSCE, DSCE and so on. You can get a seat in decent engineering colleges apart from these colleges. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Well, the best college for CS is PESIT, then comes RV, BMS and MSRIT (my opinion).

Your rank is good and you hold Sincere chances to get a seat in good colleges. Pesit is now PES University, there are no COMED-K seats.
But for your rank you may not get into these top 4 autonomous colleges.
You may get into SJBIT, NITTE Meenakshi, Dayananda Sagar etc.
