The minimum marks required to get any manipal campus, you score should be around 130+, as you are lacking here because you got only 123 then there is no chance that you can get any of the branch in Jaipur campus even, Manipal does not provide any management quota seat so this way is also blocked for you to take admission in manipal, try some another private college it will best for you and even you can get CSE as well if you're Lucky.
