I got 124 marks in neet can I get admission in bams collage and my cast is nt-B

Sorry to say but you have not qualified neet cutoff so it will not possible for you to get a seat in bams in your category.
So take a year drop prepare well and bounce back more strongly next year to qualify and get a government seat .
