Generally NITs, especially top NITs have a high cut off in the range of 93%- 98% for B. Arch course, but they also take admission on the basis of JEE Main paper 2. Based on your percentile, you can try for RV College of engineering, Chandigarh college of architecture, Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture college etc.
