In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear you should try once more time with full energy to obtain good rank.

The minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. However you have not specified the state you belong as it varies state to state. In general it ranges between 300450. If you are applying for an all India quota (15%) then it may increase upto 400 for General category student.

Best of luck for next time.

Dear Aspirant,

It is difficult to predict the admission possibility precisely as the cut-off varies every year. However, you can get a basic idea by observing the previous year cut-off marks.

As you have mentioned that your marks are 132, the chances of getting into a government college is narrow. But there is no harm in applying for counselling. Like I said, the cut-off varies every year. For example, in the year 2019 the cut-off mark for OBC category was 580.

However, don't lose hope. There is always another option. You can apply for the management seats .

Hope it helps.

All the best!
