Hi, sorry to say but according to your predicted marks in UPTU which you have predicted so based on that it is surely not possible that you can get into any government or semi-government college. So it will be better if you start to search for any good private college and if you belong to any permissable category than only you can get any good private college otherwise your rank is very low to get any good private college you should have any quota to get into any good private college.
