As you have mentioned that your neet score is 138 marks and you fall undet obc category. Niw, if we look cutoff for BHMS of private government medical college the it is as 350+ for Private and 450+ for Government colleges. Now, looking previous year's cutoff for BHMS which was around 300+ for Private and 40p+ for Government colleges. With 138 marks your can not get BHMS neither in private nor in government medical colleges under 85% home state quota or 15% All India Quota.
