See at your OBC rank and Home State Quota (if you have one of Karnataka) you can get a seat in NIT Surathkal with Chemical, Civil and Metallurgy in the special rounds. Otherwise your chances of getting a seat in NIT Warangal and NIT Trichy are very difficult to be honest. These are the top NITs of the country and thus cutoff closes way higher. You can go for NIT pondicherry also.

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any of the southern NITs except for NIT Andhra Pradesh and even there it will be very difficult for you to get a good branch and at NITK you can get a seat only with a very good luck. Therefore you should try for NITAP and other IIITs in the region in order to get a seat. Hope this helps.
