      I understand your concern and I am here to help you regarding your query and I congratulate you on the good mark in CEE.

       I'm very happy to say that you can get the seat in petroleum engineering in your interested College as you mentioned above (i.e.., Dibrugarh University). The last year cut-off was around 70 is the qualifying mark in CEE and it may change this year as well. Also, the official cutoff may be declared soon and then you can check with that.
