Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 144 marks you cannot get a seat in any medical / dental college or for Ayush courses or veterinary , not even in private medical college under management quota


This is because,


With 144 marks you have failed to qualify Neet examination which is clear from below neet 2020 cut off


Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks


General/ews       50                       720  - 147

UR -PWD              45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So being from ews category you need at least 147 marks to qualify Neet, thus with 137 marks you have failed in neet
