Hi Himanth,

As per previous year cutoffs the closing rank for CSE :

VIT Velllore is 13500
VIT Chennai is 14000

So,you are in the border line and can hope for the best.You may get a seat in CSE .For reference,I am atatching the link for previous year cutoffs:https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-cutoff

Regarding the fees,the fees is aprroximately Rs.162,000 per year.
