Based on the rank you scored, according to the previous year cutoffs and taking your category into consideration ,you have chances of getting cse, ece or IT.

The previous cutoff's are just close to your rank i.e., 14000 for cse, 15200 for ece and 14961 for IT.But you can surely get EIE.
