At 14k all india rank, the chances of general medicine India almost bleak since most of the general medicine MD seats are covered up within 5000 to 6000 all India rank even in the peripheral colleges of most states and you can ideologically expect either physical medicine and rehabilitation or surgery in some remote colleges or even obstetrics and gynaecology in the colleges which are not the first choice of most candidates,at best
ideologically you are heading towards MD Pathology or MD community medicine with bleach chances of DGO and some not so reputed colleges
