As per opinion if you are not sc/st category then you would be having difficulty in securing a seat but if you are then you stand fair chances to get a seat . Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
