Hello sravya,

15,000 and above rank seems quite difficult to get seat in any veterinary college as the previous years Cutoff's of BC- A student was below 15000.
But don't loose hope as the Cutoff are subject to change every year,
I suggest you to attend all the rounds of counselling and also hope for the best !
