    Considering the previous year cut-offs and also considering that this time cutoff is going to decrease a little bit, you can get a sit in NIT with this marks. For final confirmation you have to wait for the official cut-off. After that you can get a clear understading about your admission. You scored a very decent score in the jee mains.Your all india rank would be around 35 to 40k in general.and if you belongs to any reservation category, then you will be less than that around 20k
You have very less chances to get into any NITs.
But you may get some GFTIs which are a government funded institutions.
So may try for that.
