First of all congratulations on your success in JEE MAINS. 15321 is a very good rank. Your scores in 12th are also very great. 

Well with this rank you can secure your seat in a good engineering college. You can try for any NIT. I would suggest you NIT Surat, NIT Rourkela, NIT Warangal. You can also try for IIITs also as there are some IIITs doing better than some of the NITs.
