I got 15500 rank from obc category,can I get top nit for aerospace engineering

At your rank.. getting an NIT is bit difficult unless there's a situation of a spot round of counseling
However..you can get Aeronautical Engineering department in IIEST Shibpur if you're interested in that.

I think you check once again,I get 94.78percentile,so there must be more chance for good nit
