Dear Ashisha,
In 2017 the last candidate from UR category secured a seat in DU LLB with score of 237 (1464 Rank) according to DU LLB Expected Cutoff for 2018 230-250 (990-1470 Rank) will be cutoff marks for general candidates this time. As you have scored exactly 163 which is lesser than that, this makes your chances tough. Best of luck!
