You have a strong chance of getting a seat at the Manipal campus, possibly for branches like IT, ECE, or EEE, if you scored 166 on the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) and 97.4% on your board examinations.  Your good board % and respectable MET score could make you competitive for other branches, even though gaining Computer Science (CSE) on the main campus might be difficult.
