as per the rank you have given it will be difficult to get an CSE Branch still you can try for it in the private colleges as the closing rank for Branch-wise CSE is 34965.

AKG  Engineering College Ghaziabad had cutoff of 2970 even it changes this year it won't be higher than 10k. So better to look for other college.

you can go for other branches like electronics engineering

• at Dr. Ram Mohan Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad or
• at Azad Institute of Engineering and technology or
• SRMS College of engineeirng and technology.
