For admissions into the top NITs, it will be advantageous if you score more than 90 percentile . Some NITs also accept students with 80 percentile and more. However, in order to have a higher chance of admission, you are advised to secure a good percentile score.

Sir, Ive secured 63% in JEE MAIN 2020 Paper-1 held during Jan 20. But Ive secured only 39% marks in 10+2 exam. Recently Govt has removed condition of min 75% marks as eligibility criteria for IIT & NIT. In the light of Govts above decision, am I eligible for admission to BE or B.Tech with 39%?.
