I got 10591 rank in nvhmct can i get admission in ihm faridabad or ihm rohtak

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, the chances for both the institutes are less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for SIHM Faridkot was around 6,000 and for SIHM Rohtak,  the closing ranks were around 10,000 in the general category. But,  one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
